What AskErina Guard keeps

For each call Erina answers: the caller's phone number, a transcript, the call time and duration, a summary and a scam assessment. Transcripts and call records are deleted automatically 30 days after the call. We do not keep call audio.

Consent records

When a protected adult agrees, we record the time, the wording version, the one-time code check, the IP address and the browser user agent, as proof of consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), and we keep these consent records as required for TCPA/CTIA compliance.
